Gatherings
BeraFlowDao gathers funds in the treasury and emits $1 worth of $BFD (the treasury token) for every 1 USDC received. Only approved participants can acquire $BFD at this rate and take part in Initial gathering, including:
Team members
Participants committing $BERA for validator setup or commiting their validator
Advisors
These three groups are the only ones eligible for the 1:1 exchange rate (1 USDC = 1 $BFD).
The WL gathering aims to raise additional funds for the treasury. However, due to the lower initial value of these participants, their exchange rate will be less favorable than in Initial gathering. WL could be obtained by:

Technical Details:
all of the gatherings will be conducted on the Ethereum mainnet.
Only USDC will be accepted via a smart contract.
Funds will be bridged to Berachain after the gathering ends.
